Charlotte Laurent-Ottomane, President of ION (and Treasurer for Women Executive Leadership) speaks to ION’s commitment to gender diversity through influence on decision makers and the acquisition power of women in today’s market place.
A survey by McKinsey & Company looks at several factors that influence the movement of women into the executive suites across the globe, as well as perceived barriers and initiatives that have been identified to bridge the gap in favor or gender diversity.
