As Co-founder and CEO of Premier Financial Filings, Meredith Williams is dedicated to providing comprehensive regulatory solutions to domestic and international public companies. With over 12 years of experience and proven expertise in financial reporting, compliance and regulatory requirements, Meredith leads the PFF team with a primary focus on planning and execution of strategic business objectives. She works closely with client executive management and general counsel to streamline financial reporting and help companies navigate the ever-changing regulatory environment of the US Securities and Exchange Commission, including IPOs, SPACs and Reg A Offerings.

Meredith holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Central Florida. She services as Administrator for Women Executive Leadership (WEL) and Financial Executives International (FEI) Southern Florida Chapter. She resides with her husband, two children and their dog in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She enjoys boating, cooking and travelling the world with her family.
