Women Executive Leadership (WEL) is a Florida not-for-profit organization where accomplished leaders come together. Since 1999, WEL Florida has been committed to accelerating the powerful and proven role that women play in executive and board leadership. WEL’s long-standing focus is on advocating, educating and connecting women leaders, and empowers women leaders by enabling access to opportunities in the C-suite and the boardroom. WEL also serves as a resource for boards of directors of Florida companies seeking to elevate qualified women leaders and optimize balance.
