In this sample session, Jocelyn King will introduce the framework behind Athena’s upcoming Academy course, Leadership Excellence in the AI Age, offering a preview of the ideas and leadership models explored throughout the program. As organizations increasingly integrate AI into everyday workflows, leaders are now responsible for guiding teams that include both people and intelligent systems.
Together, we’ll explore the six uniquely human capabilities AI cannot replicate, how leadership roles are evolving as AI becomes embedded in daily work, and what it means to lead effectively in this new environment.
