This experiential session dives deep into the unconscious beliefs we hold about money—beliefs often formed in childhood and shaped by family narratives. Whether it’s “we can’t afford that” or “I’ll never make enough,” these inner scripts quietly influence our financial decisions and sense of what’s possible.

Athena executive coach, Lee Epting, will guide participants through a series of reflective and embodied exercises (including a powerful three-chair activity) to identify and challenge these limiting beliefs. The goal: to help participants rewrite their money stories in ways that support financial freedom, confidence, and a mindset of abundance.
