Audrey McGuckin Talent Solutions in Partnership with Women Executive Leadership
International Women’s Day is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. The day marks a call to action for accelerating gender parity.
This year’s International Women’s Day theme is “Choose To Challenge”. A challenged world is an alert world, and from challenge comes change.
In the last five years, incredible women have risen to the top levels of organizations. Great strides have been made in the representation of women and their companies are seeing the positive impact to their bottom line. There is no question that it is good for business- but if this is so, why do women diversity efforts fall short? When key roles become available, why are their not women to fill the roll? Why is top female talent walking out of the door?
We will be joining CEO, Audrey McGuckin, for this discussion with key business leaders answering these questions and more. We will join together to CHALLENGE systems and share how we can influence CHANGE in our organization.
This is a free event, but we ask all attending to consider making a donation to attend. All proceeds to this event will be donated to The World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts. WAGGGS has been the Charity of Choice for International Women’s Day since 2007 and represents 10 million girls and young women in 150 countries, making it the world’s largest international organization for girls.
