Learn to Recognize & Reframe Unconscious Bias
Unconscious biases negatively impact our actions and decisions daily. Working with your peers in the safe environment of this workshop, you will:
- Gain the tools to be a catalyst for building an inclusive environment in which everyone can bring their authentic selves to work
- Begin to understand the many kinds of bias
- Delve into the implications of unconscious bias in the workplace
- Learn how to address these biases when you witness them
- Explore things that you may never have recognized as biases
- Gain new perspectives from your WEL community
