Membership Mission
To provide membership opportunities for women leaders to network with their peers and take advantage of WEL’s varied programs and events and optimize WEL’s member benefits, which currently include:

- Empowering in-person events to develop connections with executive peers

About the Membership Committee
Develop and implement strategies to grow WEL’s membership by attracting highly successful leaders who are on the path to the Executive Suite and beyond. Membership outreach includes creative informational events, email campaigns, engaging with attendees at WEL events, and other activities to attract potential members.
The Membership Committee also works to stay connected with members to ensure they receive value from their WEL membership. Committee members support member engagement at events and facilitate member-to-member introductions as needed.
